Jim uses his managerial talents in directing all aspects of shipping and receiving for TriActive America. In his role as head of the supply hub of TriActive America, Jim supplies the customer care representatives with shipping quotes and up-to-date specifications for every piece of equipment. Dealing directly with the shipping companies, Jim ensures that the fitness systems safely reach their destinations. With his extensive experience in manufacturing and warehouse management, Jim provides the customer care team with practical solutions for shipping different types of equipment to locations worldwide. In every step, from warehouse to installation, Jim interacts with the customer care representatives to ensure customer satisfaction.
Since moving to the Central Coast in 1984, Jim has specialized in various areas of management. Prior to joining the TriActive America team, he served as the general manager of a construction company.
